Rhoinedenvik

Rhoinedenvik is one of the Marches, and a former imperial holding of the Paervlassid Saerds. The city of Rhoinedenvik is, despite its size, one of the most remote settlements in the Marches, and was used both as a hardship posting for its officials and a final destination for exiles. Built in the Faerlaen River Delta, Rhoinedenvik is reputed to be a city of craggy towers and decaying bridges. As for the country, the area surrounding the Faerlaen delta is a vast arctic swamp, which occupies most of its Southern border with Kovir, and Western border with the Faerlaen March.

The government of Rhoinedenvik is extremely isolationist, and is thought to detain all caught crossing the border. At any rate, none reporting contact with anyone or anything alive within the borders of Rhoinedenvik have ever returned.
